Walcot Nation Day 2001: ‘Alice in Walcot Street’

Building upon the success of the previous year's community engagement, 2001 saw another series of vibrant workshops organized to craft spectacular carnival structures and costumes for the Walcot Nation Day Parade. This year's whimsical theme, 'Alice in Walcot Street,' ignited imaginations and set the stage for the wonderfully colourful and creative community procession attracting upwards of 12,000 attendees.
